Renowned architect Arne Jacobsen viewed a building as a totality, and would design all the fixtures, fittings and furniture for his major works.

The Roman Clock was designed early on in Jacobsen’s career, during his 1942 design of the Aarhus City Hall.

Rosendahl have gone to great lengths to ensure that these clocks have been reproduced as accurately as possible, working in close collaboration with Jacobsen’s studio, and ensuring every element, from the hands, to the casing to the lens are true to the originals.
