American designer, Kate Spade, who became famous for her gorgeous handbags, has now turned her hand to homewares, and has produced several designs in conjunction with Lenox.  She draws inspiration from classic clothing fashions - polka dots, stripes, contrast stitching - but executes them with a funky twist.  The result?  Serious, yet fun dinnerware for the modern couple.

June Lane dinnerware features a delicate dragonfly-wing border and dragonflies, with soft grey and platinum accents.  The tea saucer is particularly gorgeous, featuring a ladybird.  It could also be used as a small plate for chocolates or petits fours.
