You can personalise your list by creating a welcome message for your guests to read when they view your registry. You can even upload a photo if you want to. To see what your list will look like to your guests click here: Sample List.
Our website allows allows you to assist your guests with their decisions, by marking particular items on your list as 'favourites.' You can also take advantage of our unique share splitting function which allows you to divide higher value items into more manageable shares. This allows your guests to purchase a fraction of a large gift rather than having to co-ordinate their purchase with other guests.
We can also assist with kitchen tea registries, just ask your consultant for more information.

If you like, you can book a showroom appointment with your personal consultant. It is a great way to get some extra guidance and takes the stress out of starting your registry. This is all part of our free service and most couples find it makes choosing their gifts a much more enjoyable experience! Our consultants know our huge range inside out and can direct you to products and brands that best suit your lifestyle.
We can put your whole list together for you within a couple of hours, whilst you have a coffee or a glass of wine, or two. Then you can go online and edit your registry as you please.
Managing your registry online
You can login any time, any where, and edit your registry on the spot. If you change your mind about something, or you find that you’re running out of available items, you can add and delete things from your list as you wish. We recommend that you check your list at least once a week after you send out your invitations, to make sure your guests still have a range of choices.
When you are logged in, you will be able to see which items have been purchased for you, and you can even see who bought what (if you want to get a head start on your thank you cards).
Your wedding guests
Your wedding guests can view your list (with pictures and comprehensive descriptions of all gifts) online, or we can fax or post them a copy. They can purchase gifts in 3 easy ways:

Online - credit card (We use SSL encryption so all transactions are completely secure)

Telephone - credit card or bank transfer

In person at our showroom - EFTPOS, cash or credit card
Don't ask your guests to pay in excess of $10 in delivery fees with a department store! With our service, each guest transaction is subject to a low handling & delivery fee, based on your location. If you select to have your gifts wrapped an additional $4 fee will be added. A free gift tag is included with each purchase, so guests can include a short message with their gift. Or if they prefer, they can send a hand-written gift card to our showroom and we will attach that to their gift.
After your wedding
Your registry will close at midnight on the night of your wedding and your consultant will be in touch to notify you of any partial sets or credit you may have.
You might also wish to purchase extra items for yourselves after the wedding, and on most purchases, you will receive a 10% couple discount. This discount is not time-limited, so you can continue to shop with us for life and still receive 10% off most of your purchases.
If you live in inner Sydney, your initial gift delivery will usually occur 4 weeks after your wedding (or 4 weeks after you confirm).
If you live outside of Sydney, your initial gift delivery will usually occur 6 weeks after your wedding (or 6 weeks after you confirm). We use a trusted courier service to deliver on Saturdays. You can specify a time for delivery and the courier will arrive within 20 minutes of that time so you don't have to sit around all day waiting!
We deliver all over Australia however some areas are outside our normal delivery zones. Couples living in these areas may incur an extra cost, once you have created your list with us your consultant will discuss your options.
