This cutting/bread board was designed for Georg Jensen by Helle Damkjær, who wished to imbue a simple household object with a sense of luxury, whilst also channeling the relaxed and subdued Scandinavian approach to serving food. The cutting board incorporates a beautiful organic shape that makes it easy for the user to grip the cutting board while serving.

• Both sides of the board can be used either as cutting or serving.
• The juice groove is shaped to ensure the juice runs in the wide end of the groove.
• Bamboo is an organic material with antibacterial properties.
