Spanish company, BOJ, really understands serious wine lovers.  That's why they made this easy-to-use bench-mounted corkscrew.  Simply insert the neck of the bottle into the cup and push the lever down and up, and the cork is out.  No fossicking around in the back of the utensil drawer to find the waiter's friend, then fighting with the cork with the bottle between your knees.  You'll feel like a sommelier in a serious restaurant and your dinner party guests will be impressed.  Necessary?  Of course not!  Fun?  Definitely.
